It is familiar. Maybe, too familiar. Is it a virtue ? Is it a mistake ? Each viewer has his option. It is a simple film about bullying and first love and mother-daughter relation. And one of horrors significant for the good exploration of teenager life. Between "Carrie" and "Splicer", I do not know define it more as good job.
